Truffle Love
I've got a new companion for supper during the week.
And I'm in love.
Not sure that the adoration is reciprocated.
Fine.
It's this ..
I don't know where to begin.
If I could, I'd eat truffles every day. EVERY DAY.
However at £423.75/kg, well, need I say more.
Now I've found a pasta which contains not only the earthy tuber but also creamy Burrata & all wrapped up in a pasta parcel.
I mean, the truffle hits your nose as soon as you liberate the packet.
4 minutes in a pan of boiling water.
To serve, some steamed asparagus, a quick drizzle of truffle oil (you see, I have a problem with truffles,) then some seasoning & a scattering of Parmesan.
Happy girl.
