A Family Affair

"I can give you a Covid test on the doorstep." ..

That was an offer not to be refused.

It came to pass.

Being back in the company of three members of my family brought me so much joy this weekend.

H, (not the Line of Duty one), cooked up some tuna steaks together with a rocket, green bean & Parmesan salad joined by roasted new potatoes with garlic.

Delicious. I was greedy for all of it.

I had been put in charge of cheese gathering.

From my local deli the following was purchased:

Holmsbury Cheddar

Cornish Yarg

Manchego

Comté

Stilton

Bed mates?

Linguette Flatbread with Rosemary

Pumpernickel Loaf
