Concert-hosting completed - Check

Day & evening off - Check

Sunday lunch in a familiar favourite coming up - Check

Two friends & I are in an Airbnb in Poole & the sun is shining.

Time to get on a bus to the seaside.

All three of us want a window seat & we all got one by sitting apart.

A walk through a park & then there it was ..

T H E  S E A

Our step quickens & before we know it, we've descended the ramp & we're on the sand.

We're suddenly kids again & start to share memories of summer holidays; where we went, what we ate, what we loved & what we did.

Coats start to come off & sunglasses begin to go on.

Three lager & limes ordered and despatched.

Time to head back to the streets of Southbourne because our Sunday lunch is calling.

We set off with warmth in the bones & sun on the faces.
