Parsons Knows
How many mailing lists are you on? I'm on a fair few.
News of places to eat mainly.
A missive landed a few weeks back about a seafood restaurant which caught my eye.
Parsons.

Time to get booking. With a friend.
Last weekend then, it was lunch in Covent Garden where, when you book, you can opt for a table (indoors or outdoors) or counter seating.
It's unpredictable March so we're in.
From the welcome, to being looked after from the moment we walked in till the moment we left, Parsons cannot be faulted.
And then there's the food. Oh.The.Food.
Jersey Rock Oysters to start & to share - a first to try from the Channel Isle - tear-shaped gems, a sweet & gentle flavour.
Marinated Anchovies, Red Onion Salsa
Smoked Cod’s Roe, Seaweed Crackers
Brixham Pollock, Seaweed Butter Sauce, Kelp
East Mersea Skate Wing, Razor Clams, Dashi Cream Sauce
Sinodun Hill Goats Cheese, Crackers
A Black Velvet to begin - a first for my dining companion which got the thumbs up.
This is the most exceptional new place I've visited in a long time.
I've already booked again for a friend's birthday & I can't wait to take Robert here.
