‘Caramel & Candy Floss’

I'm a quarter Celt. This means many things.

I do not wear a big green hat on 17th March.

I do not drink Guinness with blackcurrant.

Other things, too, for a later date.

There's a bit of confusion about where the very first parade for St Pat was held.

It wasn't in Ireland but either in New York City (1762) or Boston (1737).

No parades anywhere in 2021.

I ordered an Irish Sheep cheese.

The description of 'Caramel & candy floss' pulled me in from the start.

It is living up to expectations.

A wheaten cracker or six

Nothing else.

There is one mixer I will do with a stout.
