Christmas Onions II

It might be a warm autumn afternoon but I'm thinking about festive onions.

But I want to add a few new things this time

It's the first jar for this year

To the vinegar & sugar mix just add & stir in:

2tsps Yellow Mustard Seeds

1tsp Coriander Seeds

1 Red Chilli (Slender & unchopped)

I'm excited to know how this will turn out.

Friends & family will be the judges.
