Not Marmite in a Loaf

Is this a sign that things are still going well in my ongoing affair with the Marmite Loaf. I was invited to meet the mother - Rosemary.

This weekend's bread was cheese-less for the second week running. Instead, taking the spotlight,  a tsp or two of chopped Rosemary leaves & a tsp of Smoked Paprika. 

There was a Zoom catch-up with the friends who first introduced me to ML. Their bread this week was topped with Smoked Salt .. They showed me the finished result as it emerged from the oven.

I've made a note for next week.
