Marmite in a Loaf - 3

It's week three in the relationship between the Marmite Loaf & me. In the true spirit of being a food explorer, with Robert, every week proffers an opportunity to seek out new additions to it. Time for a poke about in the cupboard.
This weekend I was yearning for a spicy something. Catching the eye, Ancho Chilli Flakes & Roasted Garlic with Pepper. the cheese was omitted this time around and the bread didn't suffer.
It's great to see how this yeasty beast changes overnight before it hits the oven. It forms a crust almost and you can see the bubbles of the yeast bringing the dark brown mixture to life.
The chilli definitely gave mild heat with the garlicky pepper a worthy addition. Gave an interesting start to the day as breakfast.
