I have a weakness for chrome kitchen gadgets.

Sometimes they even get used.

Anyhoo .. I have recently acquired a new machine for making cake mixture, bread dough & the whisking of all things creamy & eggy.

I **HEART**  it. 

It's shiny, compact & makes a pleasant, comforting noise as it carries out its work. Much like the amplified purring of a content cat.  (Other brands are available.)

Yes, it has been used. The first outing was for my Simnel Cake.

It makes me very happy to take homemade food treats in for my work colleagues. As one of them recently shared with me: 

"Anne-Marie, you're a feeder aren't you .."

I am, yes & when there's a handsome kitchen appliance to aid me with cooking endeavours, I'm even happier.

Now then, just the toaster to get to next.
