Meal Planning
There are a few days away from work as I try to get one of my eyes fixed.
This means making a plan. I do love a plan.
What am I going to eat.
My eyesight will be a bit restricted for a while, well, wonky to be honest. So, I want to get provisions in and know what I'll be cooking.
There are some prawns & noodles in the fridge & my thoughts are for a Saturday stir fry with ginger, red chillies, spring onions & lime.

Two rest days at home & on Tuesday it's going to be a simple beef & rice chilli which will go the course till I'm back at work.

I've had plenty of kind offers from friends who're more than happy to drop off supplies & to check how I'm doing. Very blessed.
All good though, & I'm about to get going on that comforting beef chilli.
