It's Wednesday & there's still a wee bit of beef leftovers plus the buttered greens yet to be liberated.

Utterly delicious. So easy to cook & to back time as well.

The gravy. Oh .. the marrowbone gravy.

The last of the beef is going to be added to a chilli later tonight.

Think that the cabbage will be fine till Friday.

I have re-ordered this box of joy for Easter.
