Cookbooks I
Ahead of any weekend I can usually be found with several cookbooks laid out on the kitchen table.
Part of the joy of making something to eat is the planning of it. Well, it is for me. Cancerian, you know.
There's the perusing, one recipe idea leading to another.
Try something new or go for a safe something but update it?
Lots of ingredients & take my time or just a few which can be cooked in 30 minutes?
There's a wonderful place I love to go to: The Bull and Last.
And they've brought out a book.
It was a festive treat to myself.
It is a thing of culinary beauty.
Highly commend it to you.
